Parent Teacher Association
Our PTA is affectionally termed FroGS (Friends of Greenfield School) and is a charity which comprises a team of parents who donate their time to community events and fundraising.
The objective of FroGS is two fold, primarily to enhance the sense of community within the school and secondly to raise funds for additional resources for the school, to further enhance the education of all the pupils. Recently FroGS have donated resources such as VR head sets, laptops and playground equipment.
Upcoming Events
We have a great calendar of events for this academic year including the Festival of Light, Festive Wreath Making and a Quiz Night. All details of these events can be found on our PTA app/website, Classlist. Once you are enrolled as a family at Greenfield, you will be given access to this app which is the main form of communication across the parent community.

Uniform
Our PTA also manage our second hand uniform shop where parents can donate or request a profit share for pre loved uniform. All the profits from our uniform shop go towards the FroGS charity to support the school resources.

Volunteering
We always welcome volunteers to the FroGS team and there are so many ways you can get involved;
- Volunteering at an event with your fellow class parents
- Providing services, expertise or equipment for an event
- Volunteering on a support role within the team such as communications or event planning.
- Volunteering to run the Second Hand Uniform Shop, this is usually run by two volunteers over 2 academic years.
- Volunteering to be a trustee to the charity (3 parents over 2 academic years) either as the Chair, the treasurer or the Secretary.
New families are encouraged to join one of the online termly meetings and attend one of the many social events that FroGS also host. It is a great opportunity to meet other parents and be a part of the community of people who help to shape and propel the school forward.
