Greenfield School

Points of Entry

Standard Entry (Rising 3 years of age)

The majority of children enter Greenfield at rising 3 years of age and continue through until the end of Year 6, aged 11.

Children may begin at Greenfield School on the first day of the term in which they turn 3 years of age. Some parents register their children from birth to be confident that a place will be available. Children are required to visit the School before they join us so that they can meet their teacher and get used to the environment. For more information on the Entry Procedure, click here.

Entry into Reception Class

Places to join into Reception class are limited by the number of Pre-Prep children who do not take up their allocated place as planned. This number varies year on year and so a waiting list is compiled for those wishing to take up a place in Reception class.  Places for Reception are usually offered towards the start of the preceding Summer Term, although occasionally the school can offer places before this time. Places for Reception class are only offered to registered children, who have previously visited the school and met the entry requirements. For more information on the Entry Procedure, click here.

Entry into the Lower School (Years 1-2) and Upper School (Years 3 -6)

There is limited availability for entry into Year 3 in September 2016. Please contact the school for more information or to organise a taster session.

Entry to the Lower and Upper School is dependent on availability. All prospective pupils must meet to the entry requirements as outlined in the Entry Procedure. For more information on the Entry Procedure, click here.
