Our exciting new extension began in May this year, and on the 10th June 2021 we launched a Crowdfunding campaign — this project is a celebration of our community and the legacy that we create together for the children of Greenfield School.

The success of our move to Old Woking Road, and weathering the strange year since, has been a community effort and the school are keen to ensure that pupils and their families remain at the heart of the final stages of creating their new spaces. With this in mind, our Crowdfunding campaign enables our families, past and present, to make their mark on the new facilities.

This campaign offers a range of “rewards” to donors; ranging from smaller items to larger naming rights. At the centre of the campaign is the pathway that will run through the central Zen Garden, where the names of pupils past and present will be engraved on paving slabs. We hope that the rich history of Greenfield and their strong community spirit will be represented through this artistic display.

Beyond this are options to sponsor items for the school, such as a teak bench or a contribution towards a custom designed “Together when we are apart” community bench, many of which can carry a dedication, message or inspirational quote.

The third tier of items available are the naming rights to the larger spaces in the new building. Including a dance and drama studio, a multimedia suite, and a music room, the range of learning spaces and classrooms will be furnished with the very best possible equipment and facilities for that subject, enabling even greater opportunities for our pupils. Donors may wish to name a room after a favourite icon or inspirational leader, thus inspiring the children of Greenfield to greatness.

As we plan to offer use of facilities to the wider community for sports, performances and private functions, local businesses with an ethos aligned with Greenfield School are invited to participate in the crowdfunding campaign to boost their branding potential and develop links with the school.

Almost two years after our initial move, and after navigating a global pandemic, the beginning of our build project marks a significant stage in expanding Greenfield's legacy. Teamed with our relevant and forward-thinking curriculum, wealth of extra-curricular activities and strong pastoral care, this project will help to launch Greenfield School into the future.
