Fees & Discounts

School fees are charged termly and payment is due in full on or before the first day of each term. The fees include the cost of lunch, text books, all residential and day trips and visitors to the school, with the exception of any optional trips.

Little School fees are charged monthly (if on the 50.4 week provision) and payment is due in full on or before the first day of the month. Little School fees include the cost of all meals and snacks, but nappies and formula must be provided.

If the school arranges your child’s music or LAMDA examinations, this incurs an additional cost. Periodically, the school may arrange for outside agencies to perform screening tests in school, (eye screening, for example). In these circumstances, payment is required before the screening takes place. The tests are entirely optional.

TRANSFORMATIVE FREE PLACES

Transformative Free Places are considered for those joining the school at 7+ (Year 3) and the usual admissions criteria must also be met, including registration paperwork.

Please see the full bursary policy for further information.

SIBLING DISCOUNT

The School offers a 10% reduction in the fees of the third child so long as the two elder siblings are also in attendance at Greenfield School.

MILITARY DISCOUNT

We are pleased to be able to offer a 10% discount on school fees for those serving in the Armed Forces. Term and conditions apply.

Please contact the admissions office for more details.

15 AND 30 HOURS FUNDING FOR 3 & 4 YEAR OLDS

15 Hours Funding

The school currently accepts the 15 hours of funding for 3 and 4 year olds. The minimum attendance for pupils aged 3 and 4 at Greenfield exceeds 15 hours and therefore parents must be prepared to pay for these additional hours. For more information on the minimum cost to parents per term, please contact the school.

+15 Hours Funding (30 hours in total)

The school currently offers the additional +15 hours funding to eligible families who meet the requirements -stipulated by the government. The additional 15 hours of funding may only be used by those on full-time term-time places to pay for wrap around care sessions (7.30am-8.15am and 3.30pm-6.30pm) and places are limited. Pupils claiming the additional 15 hours funding must attend full-time, on a term-time only basis, and require wrap around care every day. There will be a charge for the hours attended during the school day that are not covered by the 15 hours funding. Places will be offered on a first come, first served basis. In the event that parents cease to qualify for the additional funding, they will still be bound by the terms and conditions of the parent contract to pay school fees unless appropriate notice has been given.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Parents may enter into a monthly payment plan using the School Fee Plan Service (instead of paying the school on a termly basis).
