On the penultimate week of Summer Term, our Year 6 pupils ventured into the wilderness and spent the week camping and undertaking a host of exciting activities on their final residential trip — Bushcraft.

The children learned knot-tying, knife techniques, archery, axe throwing, fire lighting, first aid training, shelter building, pottery, camouflage, trap making... phew! All of this plus plenty of delicious food cooked on open fires, alongside campfire stories and songs.
