On Friday at 4.00 p.m.  Aanchal, James, Rutwik and Ryan travelled to Epsom College for a Y6 General Knowledge Quiz Challenge.  After a busy week, a Friday afternoon competition would require great concentration but the team was confident and raring to go.

The first heat was between Milbourne Lodge and Edgeborough.  Milbourne Lodge won 265 – 160. The second heat saw Greenfield take on Longacre, and Greenfield won with 380 points to  60 points.

Edgeborough and Longacre then went up against each other to determine 3rd and 4th place, with Edgeborough winning 335 – 110.  In the final round, Greenfield went up against Milbourne Lodge, with Millbourne Lodge taking the win with 390 points to Greenfield's 240.

Mrs Tzivanidou said, "Greenfield played very well - we just need to get quicker on the buzzer!"
