part-time receptionist
 

We are seeking to appoint a part-time School Receptionist to join our School on a permanent basis. The role will be 40 weeks per year (Term Time plus 5 weeks).  You will be a friendly and well organised person, you will have a good telephone manner and be confident dealing with parents, staff and pupils.  Your duties will include:

  • To undertake all duties as required by the Bursar and Senior Leadership Team
  • To undertake general administrative duties as required
  • To work collaboratively with the Receptionist Job Share to ensure a smooth handover and that the role works successfully
  • To engage with parents in line with the School’s communication strategy
  • To ensure correct administration of any medication to pupils in line with the School’s First Aid policy

The hours of work will be Monday and Tuesday 8am - 5.30 pm and Wednesday 8 am - 1pm

Early Years Level 3 Practitioner (full-time)  

We are seeking to appoint a full-time Level 3 qualified practitioner to join our Early Years team.

The role is a teaching assistant in our Robins classroom (pre-school); supporting  the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and ensure the needs of the children are met. The successful candidate will be friendly, adaptable, flexible, well-organised and confident dealing with parents, staff and pupils.

Minibus driver 

Greenfield School are seeking to appoint a part-time School Minibus Driver to join our School on a permanent basis. 

The role will be 35 weeks per year (Term Time only, Monday to Friday), 15 hours per week (7.00 – 8.30 a.m. and 4 – 5.30 p.m.)  The successful candidate will be a reliable and trustworthy person and will have a clean driving licence.  Your main duty will be to carry out morning and afternoon minibus runs in the local area.  Your duties will also include, but not limited to:

  • Being responsible for the safety, comfort and welfare of the pupils and staff
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks before taking the vehicle off site
  • Reporting any vehicle defects, faults, incidents, accidents and prosecutions.
  • Opportunity to earn additional salary through assisting on other off-site visits
