Music Graduate Assistant

The Department

Music plays an important role at Greenfield School with a busy and thriving Performing Arts department. Around 80% of our children have private instrumental and drama lessons, with many others involved in extracurricular music clubs. We have an award winning Choir, Chamber Choir and Orchestra and an unusually ambitious Music and Drama Curriculum.

The performance calendar is a busy one with every child in the school performing in one of three full scale musical productions each year. We have annual concerts, public performances, festivals and music assemblies as well as carol services, carol singing and public benefit performances.

Greenfield has a history of great success for music and drama scholarships to top secondary schools and our department enjoys great music examination success.

The department is run by the Director of Music and assisted by a selection of wonderful peripatetic staff. During our exciting expansion, we are keen to build the team with a Graduate Assistant to assist with all aspects of the music department. The Graduate Assistant will report to the Director of Music and the exact job role will depend slightly upon the strengths and interests of the applicant.
