Early years foundation stage teacher (maternity cover) 

We are seeking to appoint a full time Early Years Foundation Stage 1 teacher, for up to 1 year’s maternity cover, to be responsible for the provision of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 curriculum for the pupils in their care.

The successful candidate will have regard for the school’s policies and schemes of work. The teacher will be responsible for the discipline, supervision and welfare of all pupils with the help of the Teaching Assistants.  Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. To plan, prepare and deliver stimulating activities and lessons within the Pre-Prep department.
  2. To liaise with the SENCO and Learning Enrichment Department when necessary, and support teachers in assisting pupils with specific needs, to include children with English as an Additional Language (EAL).
  3. The maintenance of pupil records as directed by school policy including the use of Tapestry as on online Learning Journey in Early Years.

Estates Assistant
 

We are seeking to appoint a full time Estates Assistant to join our Estates team.

You will be working as an assistant in our Estates team, reporting to the Estates Manager. Your working day will be start at either 7am or 10am for 8.5 hours.  The rota will be completed half a term in advance, but cover will be required for sickness or annual leave. The successful candidate will be friendly, adaptable, flexible, well-organised and confident dealing with parents, staff and pupils.

Applicants with Horticultural or a Trade qualification will be preferable, but not essential.

This role is for a 52 week a year contract.

After School care supervisor

We are seeking to hire multiple members of staff to work in our After School Care provision.

Candidates will be required to start from September 2022 (Autumn Term start). Shifts will be from either 3.30pm or 4.30pm until 6pm (various days). The job is ideal for a local student, with the minimum age being 16 years old.

Minibus driver 

Greenfield School are seeking to appoint a part-time School Minibus Driver to join our School on a permanent basis. 

The role will be 35 weeks per year (Term Time only, Monday to Friday), 15 hours per week (7.00 – 8.30 a.m. and 4 – 5.30 p.m.)  The successful candidate will be a reliable and trustworthy person and will have a clean driving licence.  Your main duty will be to carry out morning and afternoon minibus runs in the local area.  Your duties will also include, but not limited to:

  • Being responsible for the safety, comfort and welfare of the pupils and staff
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks before taking the vehicle off site
  • Reporting any vehicle defects, faults, incidents, accidents and prosecutions.
  • Opportunity to earn additional salary through assisting on other off-site visits
